We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, returns are quick and easy!

Easy Return Process:
Email us at dean@forwardstrides.com to begin your return.
We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label—no shipping costs for you!
Send your items back using the label provided, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card with the balance of your refund will be issued to you.

- Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Swift Stick Return Policy
30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON COMPOSITE STICKS, DIRECTLY THROUGH SWIFT
Claim must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. SWIFT Hockey will provide a one-time replacement of your player or Goalie composite stick if damaged due to a manufacturer defect. To process your claim, SWIFT requires your original receipt from our transaction. The serial number must match the serial number on the receipt.
Warranty claims without the required information will not be processed.
. Please also note, that warranty will be voided, if the composite stick has been used on concrete or asphalt.
